Privacy policy

This policy explains what One Hope Place collects when you visit or buy, and what happens to it.

What we collect

When you buy: name, email address, billing address and the last four digits of the card. Full card numbers reach Shopify and the payment processor, never us.

When you browse: pages viewed, device type, approximate location by IP, and referral source. This comes from cookies and similar technology.

Why we collect it

To take payment, deliver the file, answer support messages, prevent fraud, and understand which pages people find useful.

Who we share it with

Shopify (store and checkout), our payment processors, our email delivery provider, and advertising platforms that measure whether an ad led to a purchase. We do not sell personal data.

Cookies

Essential cookies keep the cart and checkout working. Analytics and advertising cookies are optional and you can refuse them in your browser or in the cookie banner where one is shown.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Support messages are kept for two years.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to support@onehopeplace.org. We answer within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to opt out of targeted advertising or to complain to a supervisory authority.

Children

This store is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
