What do I actually receive?
A PDF file, delivered by email immediately after checkout. Nothing is shipped.
How long does delivery take?
The email with your download link is sent within a minute of payment. If it has not arrived in fifteen minutes, check your spam folder and then write to support@onehopeplace.org.
What devices do the files work on?
Any device that opens a PDF — phone, tablet, laptop, e-reader. No app or account is needed.
Can I read them offline?
Yes. Once downloaded, the file is yours and does not need a connection.
How long is the download link valid?
The link does not expire. If you lose it, write to us and we will send it again at no cost.
Can I get a refund?
Yes — within 30 days of purchase, for any reason. Write to support@onehopeplace.org and the refund is issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Amazon Pay and PayPal.
Is my payment secure?
Checkout runs on Shopify with SSL encryption. We never see or store your card details.
Do you sell printed copies?
Not at the moment. Every Halloway Books title is digital only.
