Nothing is shipped
Every Halloway Books title is a digital file. There is no parcel, no carrier, no tracking number and no shipping charge — at any destination.
How delivery works
Immediately after a successful payment, an email with your download link is sent to the address you entered at checkout. It usually arrives within one minute.
If it has not arrived
- Check the spam or promotions folder.
- Confirm the address you typed at checkout — a single wrong character is the usual cause.
- Write to support@onehopeplace.org and we will resend it, at no cost.
Link validity
Download links do not expire. If you lose the email, ask us and we will send it again.
