Shipping Policy

1. Nothing is shipped
Every Halloway Books title is a digital file. There is no parcel, no carrier, no tracking number and no shipping charge — at any destination.
2. Delivery method
Two ways at once: the download link appears on the confirmation page as soon as the payment is approved, and a copy is emailed to the address you entered at checkout.
3. Delivery time
Immediate. The confirmation page shows the link the moment payment clears, and the email usually arrives within a minute.
4. Delivery cost
None. There is no shipping fee, no handling fee and no customs or import charge, anywhere in the world.
5. Where we deliver
Everywhere. A digital file has no borders. The only requirement is an email address and a device that opens a PDF.
6. Your part
Type your email address carefully at checkout — a single wrong character is the usual reason a download does not arrive. Check the spam or promotions folder before writing to us.
7. If it does not arrive
- Check spam and promotions.
- Confirm the address you used at checkout.
- Write to support@onehopeplace.org and we resend it, at no cost.
8. Link validity
Download links do not expire. If you lose the email, ask and we send it again — however long it has been.
9. Technical problems
If the file will not open or looks corrupted, tell us which title and which device and we send a replacement. If we cannot get a working file to you, we refund in full.
