Refund policy

Every Halloway Books title is a digital file, and we still give a full refund within 30 days of purchase, for any reason. No reason is required and none is asked for.

How to ask

Write to support@onehopeplace.org from the email address used at checkout, with the order number if you have it. We reply within one business day.

When the money arrives

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Card issuers usually take 5 to 10 business days to show the credit; the timing after our approval is theirs, not ours.

If the file never arrived

Do not ask for a refund first — write to us and we will resend the download link at no cost. If we cannot get the file to you, we refund without being asked.

What is not covered

We cannot refund a purchase made on another store or platform. Contact whoever took the payment.
