These terms govern your use of onehopeplace.org and any purchase made here. Placing an order means you accept them.

Books are published under the imprint Halloway Books, owned and operated by RMS GLOBAL COMMERCE LLC.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to buy from this store.

3. What we sell

Digital books in PDF format. Nothing is shipped and there is no physical product. Each listing states what the book covers and roughly how long it takes to read.

4. Educational and general use only

Our books are general reading. They are not medical, psychological, legal, financial or other regulated professional advice, and they are not a substitute for a professional who knows your situation. If you are in crisis, contact your local emergency service.

5. Orders and payment

All prices are in US dollars and shown before checkout. Payment is processed by Shopify and the providers listed at checkout. We never receive or store your card number. An order is accepted when the payment clears.

6. Digital delivery

The download link appears on the confirmation page as soon as payment is approved, and a copy is emailed to the address you entered at checkout, usually within a minute. Links do not expire; if you lose one we resend it free of charge.

7. Your licence

A purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to read the file, keep a copy for your own use and print it for yourself.

8. No resale or redistribution

You may not resell, republish, share, upload or distribute the files, in whole or in part, or make them available to anyone else, without our written permission.

9. Intellectual property

All text, cover artwork and site content, and the Halloway Books name, are protected by copyright and remain the property of RMS GLOBAL COMMERCE LLC.

Thirty days, any reason. See our Refund Policy for the full terms.

11. Prohibited use

You may not use this site to break the law, to interfere with its operation or security, to scrape it at scale, or to attempt access to accounts or systems that are not yours.

12. Third-party services and links

Checkout, payment, email delivery and analytics rely on third-party providers. Where we link to another website, we do not control it and are not responsible for its content or privacy practices.

13. Availability

We aim to keep the store available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance or events outside our control may interrupt it.

14. Disclaimer of warranties

The site and the books are provided "as is". We do not warrant that the content is complete, current or fit for a particular purpose.

15. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim connected to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

17. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here on the day of your order, and the date at the top shows when it last changed.

18. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
