Terms of service

These terms govern purchases from One Hope Place. Placing an order means you accept them.

What we sell

Digital books published by Halloway Books, delivered as PDF files by email. Nothing is shipped and there is no physical product.

Your licence

A purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to read the file and keep a copy for your own use. You may print it for yourself. You may not resell it, republish it, or distribute copies.

Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars and shown before checkout. Payment is processed by Shopify; we never receive or store your card details.

Delivery

The download email is sent within a minute of a successful payment. If it does not arrive within fifteen minutes, check the spam folder and then write to us.

Refunds

Thirty days, any reason. See our refund policy.

Accuracy

These books are general reading, not medical, legal or financial advice. Decisions you take after reading them are your own.

Availability

We may add, withdraw or change titles at any time. Files you have already bought remain available to you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
