This policy explains what One Hope Place collects when you visit or buy, why we collect it, who else sees it and what you can ask us to do about it.

RMS GLOBAL COMMERCE LLC is the controller of the personal data described here.
2. Scope
This policy covers onehopeplace.org and any purchase made through it. It does not cover other websites we link to.
3. What we collect
When you buy: name, email address, billing address, the last four digits and brand of the card, and the contents and value of the order. Full card numbers go to Shopify and the payment provider, and never reach us.
When you browse: pages viewed, time on page, device and browser type, approximate location derived from your IP address, and the site or ad that brought you here.
When you write to us: the address you write from and whatever you put in the message.
4. How we collect it
Directly from you at checkout and by email; automatically through cookies and similar technologies; and from Shopify and our payment providers when an order is processed.
5. Why we use it
To take payment and deliver the file; to answer support messages and issue refunds; to detect and prevent fraud; to meet tax and accounting obligations; and to understand which pages and which ads actually work.
6. Lawful bases
Contract - to deliver what you bought. Legal obligation - to keep the records tax law requires. Consent - for analytics and advertising cookies, where consent is required. Legitimate interests - to keep the store secure and to improve it, balanced against your rights.
7. Who we share it with
Shopify (store and checkout), our payment providers, our email delivery provider, and advertising and analytics platforms that measure whether an ad led to a purchase. Each receives only what it needs. We do not sell personal data.
8. International transfers
Our providers operate in the United States and elsewhere. Where data leaves your region, transfers rely on the safeguards those providers put in place, including standard contractual clauses.
9. Cookies
Essential cookies keep the cart and checkout working and cannot be turned off. Analytics and advertising cookies are optional; where the law requires it we ask before setting them, and you can change your mind at any time through the cookie banner or your browser settings.
10. How long we keep it
Order records for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Support messages for two years. Analytics data in aggregate, for as long as it is useful.
11. Security
The site runs over HTTPS and payment is handled by PCI-compliant providers. No system is perfect, but we do not store what we do not need, starting with your card number.
12. Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent. Depending on where you live you may also have the right to opt out of targeted advertising and to complain to a supervisory authority. Write to support@onehopeplace.org - we answer within 30 days and we do not charge for it.
13. Children
This store is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has given us data, write to us and we will delete it.
14. Third-party links
Where we link elsewhere, that site's privacy policy applies, not ours.
15. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
